This location is surrounded by beaches a few minutes away, fine restaurants and bars, supermarkets, banks, excursions and so much more. The closest Sunset beach aka Leeward Beach is under a 2-minute drive and world-famous Grace Bay Beach less than 3-minutes to the beach access by Flamingo’s Beach Bar. The ideal place if you want to be close to the festivities but far enough to really be ‘on vacation’. We have thought of most things to make your stay comfortable, whether traveling alone or with your special someone.

Walking to the beach is approx 10 minute however we recommend renting a car, bicycle or scooter to explore the rest of this beautiful island. Sunset Beach aka Leeward Beach is the most sought after for the water, amazing sunsets and romantic beach walks as it flows into Grace Bay beach with no separation. We love it here!
