The space
1 Bedroom 1.5 bath Condo on the Ground Floor – Pool level, not stairs. Walk out to the marina and restaurants along the Board walk. Living room boasts TV, celling fan, sleeper sofa, dining, dedicated work desk and chair and has stunning views of the water.
The Condo is fully central air and is strictly non-smoking an all times.
A full kitchen is equipped for all you need for a simple or gourmet meal. Beach towels are provided to nearby beach walks. Personal bath amenities are not provided. We provide a start up of paper products in the bathroom and kitchen, with all linens and towels. An additional set of linens are provided for all stays. There is a full washer and dryer in the laundry room, off the kitchen.
