1 King Bedroom 1.5 bath Condo on the Ground Floor – Pool level, not stairs. Walk out to the marina and restaurants along the Boardwalk. The living room boasts a TV, ceiling fan, sleeper sofa, dining, dedicated work desk, chair, and stunning water views.
The condo has fully central air and is strictly non-smoking at all times.
A full kitchen is equipped for all you need for a simple or gourmet meal. Beach towels are provided to nearby beach walks. Personal bath amenities are not provided. We provide a start up of paper products in the bathroom and kitchen, with all linens and towels. An additional set of linens are provided for all stays. There is a full washer and dryer in the laundry room, off the kitchen.
