We had an amazing vacation staying at a TCI Blue property at Turks & Caicos.  Charlene was absolutely excellent to work with.  She had great communication prior to and during our visit.  (We primarily communicated via What's App which worked really well.)  Prior to our arrival, she helped me set up a car rental and excursions (for which she supplied me with some useful discount codes).  When we actually arrived at our villa, Charlene and one of her associates were present to show us around the property.  I have rented nice houses in other places, but this was the first time that the property manager actually went through all of the features of the villa with us.  I really appreciated this and found this super helpful.  Charlene also gave us a magazine about the island, and she took some time to show us (on a map) a number of recommended places to visit during our stay.  We had one minor issue with a lack of hot water in one of the bathrooms in the villa.  I contacted Charlene, and she had a maintenance guy come out to the house within an hour to address it  (and this was a Sunday night!?!).  On another day, I could not access my items in the safe.  Again, she promptly sent someone to the house to give us the master key to open it.  Charlene's responsiveness was just great!  The villa itself was very nice and perfect for our needs. Charlene and the team at TCI BLUE did everything flawlessly from start to finish. I had a great time and will definitely be using them again. All of their properties are absolutely breathtaking.  I highly recommend!
