TCI Blue is a property management company that began operations in Providenciales Turks and Caicos on September 15, 2015. It started as a vision to provide a unique property management experience for property owners of villa rentals, private vacation homes, condos, retail, or long-term rental properties where the clients would have a more hands-off approach. At the same time, TCI Blue manages all aspects of the overseeing and management of their investment.
With TCI Blue, you will have peace of mind because we approach property management from the owner’s perspective. We are family, respecting and valuing each other as ‘ladies and gentlemen’, serving ‘ladies and gentlemen’. Here all our clients are referred to as ‘Blue Diamonds’ as we are all multifaceted, bringing to the table various backgrounds and individuality yet ‘out of many, one people.
Our fees remain very competitive in the Turks and Caicos island marketplace backed by a dynamic team. Our fees are calculated in a simple A, B, C breakdown. For long term rental properties, commercial or vacant vacation homes, it is a 1, 2, 3 step process
It starts from a set monthly fee covering the preparation of accounts statements, bill payments, overseeing of the property, and owner communications. This management fee is calculated based on the number of bedrooms, facility, short term vacation rental or long term rental property, commercial, and so on.
A percentage of the rack rental rate per booking secures the guest reservation from contract to payment and everything in between. The smaller percentage is based on wholesale bookings.

The founder of our company had this dream from 1993 while studying hospitality management and sharpening her skills coupled with her passion for excellence, working with top brands like the Ritz Carlton hotel group, Aman resorts, Sandals/Beaches as well as teaching in the field of tourism.
The Turks and Caicos Islands, Providenciales is home for the past 22 years. Along with her husband and a fantastic team of incredible individuals, this passion for excellence has become a reality.
Spanning over 48 years of collective hospitality experience in the Caribbean and the United States, we strive to create fond memories coupled with excellent customer service. Ultimately, we are creating a legacy for our children and setting an example for them to follow.
We are always here. All our on-island team members live in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands. We know the ins and outs on the island and at sea, all the places to go, things to do, where to build, what to build, who to work with, and the general nature of the populace.
