The space
Coconat Villa has 1800 square feet of living space over 2 stories, with A/C and ceiling fans plus an additional 1100 square feet of exterior space with the patio, the backyard and the entrance.

As you walk in, the open plan kitchen and living room space open up through wall to wall sliding glass doors to a fenced backyard featuring lounge areas, a fire pit, umbrellas and chaises lounge, grass tiles and beautifully landscaped gardens.
The backyard is a great place to gather your family or group for lunch or apéro and relax by the pool before heading out to dinner at nearby Coco Bistro or Grace Bay Club.

Back inside,
One of the King master bedroom upstairs has its own private shaded terrace to enjoy quiet mornings in the rising sun and a flat screen TV to watch your favorite Netflix shows.
The other King master is as spacious and features an ensuite plus a deep soaking tub and its flat screen tv also.
The guest Queen bedroom on the main level is located just off the hub of the house and has its own ensuite as well.
All bedrooms are outfitted with room-darkening shades, clocks and charging stations.

The kitchen has dining table and chairs to sit up to 6 guests, all major appliances and dishwasher and the living room L-shaped couch can comfortably sit up to 6 guests watching their favorite show on a 50’ HD flat screen Smart TV.
A mini bar loaded with goodies is available for an extra fee.

The home is well situated to enjoy the trade winds poolside and up on the second level deck where the tropical breeze blows.
