The space

Location – perched on the ridge of Richmond Commons, just off the Leeward Highway, left at the Venetian Road RUBIS gas station, next to JAVA,

Walking to the beach for the athlete or the young at heart via steps at the end of the road (easy to go down, challenging to come up). If you are not in the mood for this challenge, drive 🙂

Arrival and checkout cleaning is included in your rate. Any excess cleaning required during or after your stay will incur additional charges.

Arrival Time
While early check-in is not guaranteed, we will do our best to accommodate luggage drop-off in the garage if you arrive before your scheduled check-in time.

Island Development
Providenciales is a growing island with ongoing development. While the villa is perched on a ridge, you may occasionally hear sounds from nearby construction. We have already adjusted our rates in light of this.
