Sunnyside Cottage welcomes you to an amazing, fun/filled vacation in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. The beach is so close you can be in Grace Bay in literally, 4 MINS. Enjoy listening to the nature sound of birds from your patio.
LAYOUT
On entering the Living room is on your left with TV, WiFi, ceiling fan and plush sofas. To the Right side is the Kitchen, Dining and External screened 10ft x 26 ft. patio complete with sound box, solar night lights and BBQ propane gas grill. Just outside of the Patio is the above ground Pool, 18ft round x 4.5 ft deep.
Bedrooms – King Bedroom on the Right with thermal white black out curtains
Guest Bedroom with Extra Long Twin Beds – can be converted into a full King with Bed joiner and linens (Please request at booking the bed configuration you desire)
AIR CONDITION – the home has central air conditioning with a Nest thermostat. Please note electricity is expensive on the island. We ask that you turn off when not in the villa.
