Welcome to our Two Bedroom, Two Bath private, owner rental condo in cool Ocean Penthouse 307 at the Ocean Club West resort on The Plaza, Grace Bay. A perfect location in the midst of it all, yet far above from the crowds. Enjoy the amenities of this well sought-after resort in Providenciales, beachfront dining at the Solano restaurant, beach chairs and umbrellas, Pool, Tennis, Gym, Spa room and the easy walk to over 60 restaurants and bars along the strip. Sleeps up to 5 with sofa bed.

When you stay at Sapodilla on Grace you have your own dedicated Property Manager and Concierge to ensure your stay goes as planned or better. She will provide you with things to do, places to go, book restaurants or excursions so you are all set before or on arrival. She is on call 24/7 throughout your stay. Because this is an Owner Private Rental, check-in and orientation are done in the Suite or self-check-in if preferred.

Bedroom One – Queen bed with ensuite bathroom, AC, ceiling fan, natural lighting with thermal curtains

Bedroom Two – Two Twin beds – can be converted to a king with ensuite bathroom. This bathroom can also be accessed from the Living room hallway with doors on either side for privacy.

Laundry with washer and dryer – start-up of detergent provided

Full Kitchen with dishwasher, and all you need for a gourmet meal or a simple salad

Large living and dining room with TV, chrome cast, local and international stations

Central airconditioning throughout, large floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors lead to the sprawling balcony overlooking Grace Bay environs and Bonaventure Blvd.

The condo is on the third floor of The Plaza that faces Grace Bay Road, and in view are the Caicos Cafe Plaza for dining, jewelry shopping, neat finds; Le Petite Plaza for the famous Patty Place and of course close to the new buzz, The Terrace restaurant a short walk downstairs.

The beach from the condo is approx three minutes walk on the property, past the tennis courts, and beyond the gardens. Over 5 miles of powdery white-sand beach with turquoise ocean water, no wonder this is a bargain. Here you can enjoy Grace Bay for a fraction of being on the beachfront.
