Leeward

One of the top 3 places to live in Turks and Caicos, Leeward is known for luxurious mansions, private homes, and villas. Most homes are either on the canal or on the beach. This location has patrolled security, semi-gated and a strong homeowners association. No noise after 11pm.

Leeward Palms

Quiet upscale subdivision just off Grace Bay Road, minutes from the Provo Golf Club, Coco Bistro, Casa Blanca Casino, Flamingoes Beach Bar and moments from famed Grace Bay Beach with the Sunset aka Leeward Beach the closest entry point. Flanked by private homes with apartment and house rentals, this location is only 25-minute drive to the PLS International Airport.

Turtle Cove

Known for famous Smith Reef snorkeling, Turtle Cove Maria and the cluster of sought after restaurants and iconic eateries Sharkbite, Mango Reef, Baci Restorante, Magnolia and Simone’s Bar and grill, Turle cove is the hub for all things, luxury Catamaran cruises with Kenard Crusies, Ocean Vibes Charters, Island Vibes, Reef Peepers and more. The Plaza at Ocean Club West

While this is a part of the Ocean Club West beachfront property, the Plaza stands on its own with a separate management, however, guests enjoy free use of the pool, beach, chaise loungers, tennis, fitness center, spa room and restaurant. Each condo is individually owned and decorated

The Villa Renaissance

A boutique luxury condominium hotel in the heart of Grace Bay, no car needed. This property is flanked by the Regent Villa with a plethora of shops, eateries, excursions, bars, bakeries, coffee, yogurt and smoothie shops, and world-class dining. Experience the serenity and relaxation this location provides. Enjoy free parking, gym, large pool overlooking the marina, gated and secure, breathtaking sunset views and a short walk to the beach. All condos are individually owned with some on the short-term vacation rental while others are occupied full time.
